Hafjell Alpinsenter – with its unique situation only 15 km north of Lillehammer, this centre makes the winter location complete.

Norway's third largest alpine centre, Hafjell Alpinsenter, offers a wide range of runs at every level of difficulty that both adults and children can enjoy to the full! The gondola and 14 ski lifts serve the large number of slopes where the longest is a full 7 km long. The gondola in Hafjell is Norway’s most state-of-the-art gondola line with 84 eight-seat cabins. The line runs 2.5 km up to Mosetertoppen at 781 metres above sea level.

In the family area, children can have fun with slalom, forest runs, ski jumping and gap jumping together with friends or ski instructors.

The Hafjell area boasts several restaurants and after-ski activities. You can also pick and choose between a large and varied range of accommodation including hotels, apartments and cabins that can be reserved through Hafjell Booking. Ski buses in Hafjell and winter buses to and from Lillehammer with frequent departures 7 days a week.

- Find your favourite snow!

Kvitfjell, where you can be sure of snow, lies 45 minutes north of Lillehammer. Peace and quiet, and an endless supply of newly-prepared runs where you can enjoy your skiing without the risk of queues or the area being over-run with tourists. We have snow from November to late April.

Kvitfjell is a ski enthusiast’s paradise with a broad range of slopes suitable for all forms of skiing and snow boarding. Two children’s slopes, cross country course and ski cross. A total of 28 km with alpine runs from innocent green slopes to an over the edge run of Olympic format. Night skiing is also available some evenings.

The outdoor life in Kvitfjell is “laid-back”. Here you will find small, convivial family locations with excellent food and refreshments, personal service and guests who return again and again. There is no such thing as a big “party machine” here.

- Genuine mountain enjoyment!

Skeikampen Resort is situated in Gausdal Municipality, approximately 40 minutes from Lillehammer.

You can be sure of snow up here in the mountains, 800 metres above sea level. The whole of the mountain here is our playground – an excellent terrain, as if created for family enjoyment. The alpine centre offers 10 lifts, 17 slopes and a cross country course with varying degrees of difficulty. A separate children’s area with conveyor belt, ski carousel and slopes for the little ones.

The area is intimate and easy to gain an overview of – excellent for families with children and different requirements. Night skiing is also available some evenings.

There are restaurants and after-ski activities, although the area generally has a low party factor.

In the mountain’s gentle surroundings, with purity and nature its main ingredients, you can live the good life in mountain hotel, cabin or apartment.

- An adventure playground for children, a paradise for adults!

Gålå Ski Arena is situated 90 kilometres from Lillehammer, in the latitude of the large and legendary Lake Gålå.

The ski centre has the whole of the two mountain slopes on which to have fun. With its 7 lifts and 15 slopes, the centre is just the right size for those who want a slower pace of life and more time to enjoy the natural surroundings.

The chair lift will take you up to the top of Valsfjell (1,148 metres above sea level) where most people find themselves bewitched by the view of the majestic peaks of Jotunheimen and Rondane. On the way down, you can choose between green, blue, red or black runs.

The area also boasts floodlit slopes for night skiing, a separate children’s area, “Knerten”, with ski tow and cross country course.

When you need to take a break from skiing, you can soak up the homely surroundings in Peer Gynt Kafé, an excellent location for social gatherings and delicious meals. After-ski activities are mostly in the form of peaceful pastimes.

Sjusjøen Skisenter is situated 20 km north-east of Lillehammer.

The ski centre opened in the winter of 2003 and has earned high praise from enthusiastic alpine skiers! Our six-seater express lift will take you up to 960 metres above sea level, a variety of runs and magnificent views!

The ski centre has well-developed snow facilities that ensure excellent skiing from mid November to mid April. Sjusjøen Skisenter is situated on terrain with a southern exposure and has newly-prepared slopes every day.

The ski patrol is on the runs at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable day with us. Sjusjøen offers a wide range of excellent overnight accommodation including hotels, mountain hostels, cabins/apartments and camping facilities.
